As we announced at the beginning of this year, we have implemented an online customer feedback tool so we can easily follow they firsts in-house tests. Through this form, we encourage all our clients to share their comments and the potential problems they might encounter during the production launch. Indeed, these information are vital for our continuous improvement approach. We take into account these information to determine our internal performance and quality indexes.
We implemented this online tool as part of our continuous approach of transparency and improvement. Our philosophy for the coming years is to keep facilitating technical communication between our China based factory and our clients. To this end, other projects are in progress. For example, we are working on tests reports that will automatically be generated by our project managers These will be more exhaustive than the current reports we send by email.
